First ship routes established + Prototype Coastal Surveillance Radar System

 At this day the first basic ship routes around the map are established. The code will be available soon, as I'm choosing the ship models.
Here is an example of the base blue ship model underway close to Los Santos Naval Base. A surveillance radar can be seen on the top right of the video.
